Mr. Groseclose's practice is devoted to patent litigation matters involving highly complex technical and legal issues.  He has been involved in cases dealing with technologies such as semiconductor design, software applications, security software and hardware, operating system design, telecommunications, and oil and gas drilling.  He has extensive experience in many phases of litigation and consultation, from initial case assessment, managing discovery, depositions, claim construction, invalidity and infringement analysis, and working with experts.

Mr. Groseclose has been involved in patent litigation and prosecution matters for such companies as Bay Networks, McAfee, Alcatel-Lucent, M-I LLC, and Sun Microsystems.

Mr. Groseclose is a member of the Texas Bar.
